Absolutely not. Pilgrim is a 100% cruelty-free brand. We do not test our finished products or ingredients on animals at any stage of the production process.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy for unopened and unused products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.
